Very few things take my breath away. Tonight as MOMA was about to close, I walked quickly to visit my favorite painting before leaving - Modigliani's Red Nude.(see painting at the end, in the expanded post). Just as I was about to enter the Modigliani section I came face to face with a beautiful painting which forced me to stop and look. It's entitled Electric Lamp by Giaccomo Balla
